She has a proven track record of negotiating and drafting commercial leases, and handling all aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, and financings for commercial properties. Her commitment to excellence and attention to detail have earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor in the commercial real estate industry.

​Sandra obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida in 2002, and her J.D./M.B.A. from Stetson University College of Law in 2010. After law school she served as law clerk to the Honorable Alexander L. Paskay and the Honorable Caryl E. Delano, United States Bankruptcy Judges for the Middle District of Florida. She started her real estate transactions career at Hill Ward Henderson, in Tampa, Florida. Prior to forming Ransdell Law, Sandra was a partner at a boutique law firm in West Palm Beach, Florida, where she was captive counsel to a vertically integrated private equity real estate investment firm that primarily invests in retail shopping centers nationwide. Sandra is licensed in Florida, Texas and Utah. She is a member of and past speaker for the International Council of Shopping Centers, a member of the American Bar Association, and a member of the Women Lawyers of Utah.
